Revitalize
Downtown.

Island to Acropolis, Lake Havasu City map, Main Street Lake Havasu map

Main Street on McCulloch Blvd was the seed planted by our city's founders that took root and grew into the place that we know today as Lake Havasu City. Main Street is the heart of our city, it is a hotbed of local business/commerce, and it is a place where you know the money you spend is getting put right back into making our community better.

Main Street is the home of our history; it is a playground for our community and it is the result of the lessons Robert P. McCulloch learned as a serial town founder before eventually making his way to Lake Havasu. This is a place for locals to start their own businesses and enjoy the benefits of our unique tourism based economy; downtown is a place for the people of Lake Havasu to live their lives as one community.

It is our passion to keep the dream of this city alive and bring about the change that needs to happen to finally; Revitalize Downtown Lake Havasu.

Fright Night

The downtown association is proud to have been hosting our Halloween fright night event for 19 years running! This year, join us for another night of spooky fun and trick or treating at local businesses on Main Street. The event is perfect for families, couples, and friends looking for a great Halloween experience in our community.

The Downtown Gateway Project

The unfinished Main Street arch has been a point of frustration in the community for years, but with the support and donations from our community members, we are making progress towards its completion. Once finished, the arch will be a beautiful addition to the district and will serve as a welcoming gateway for visitors and locals alike.

Parking in Common Revitalization

The current parking situation Downtown can be frustrating for visitors and locals alike, but we are dedicated to finding a solution that will support our local business owners and make Downtown more accessible to everyone. The downtown association is in constant contact with city officials, local representatives, and property owners on Main Street looking for solutions to get our parking paved, lined, and pretty for the first time in over 30 years.
